Case Study — Unaggi Coaching

Transforming Unaggi: Navigating Change in a Dynamic Branding Journey

Unaggi Coaching’s brand journey was a true collaboration—full of creative challenges and evolving ideas. The founders were passionate but found it difficult to define their messaging and offering. With a predominantly female audience, I conducted in-depth research with women of all ages, presenting a range of colour palettes. The results were clear: 18 out of 20 women preferred the palette shown below, offering insightful feedback that shaped our direction.

Despite the research, the company ultimately decided to pivot their offering and chose a more masculine palette, taking the brand in a bold new direction. Throughout the process, I provided guidance, flexibility, and custom illustrations to help bring their vision to life—no matter how much it evolved.

I think the 2nd one with blue and pink but I guess the colours need meaning to them? I always associate woman’s work with red. But actually the first one, the bolder one… woman need to be seen and heard!!! I would probably say at a distance - purple without knowing the context, client or branding. It’s a lot warmer and friendly. Blue feels cold x

Purple version is “More feminine
Bonita60-70
Felt more warming and trustworthy, felt more feminine. Where as the other blue version felt more masculine and disempowering.

Showed her the purple version first — “Oooh ok, I didnt read it, just from visual feels business focused but flexible. Thats the impression I got, like a bit more edgy. Oooh also made me think of a tracking app for my period.” Just by looking at it. She felt the blue version was more businessy. Ooooh ok, so the blue made me think of corporate women like me, who believe and know their body and want to be coached that way. Like CEOs or Leaders. Purple felt more to women in general. When asked if she was repelled by either, she said she wasn’t.

Simply just more drawn to the one on the left, and it looks great
Leanne Ruggli20-30
I preferred the purple one straight away. It feels modern, friendly, and less clinical.
Hayley40-50
Purple felt warmer and more supportive to me; blue looked a bit corporate and distant.
Joanna M40-50
The left option grabbed me first. It feels more personal and more in tune with women's health.
Anneabell30-40
I liked the energy in the purple palette. It feels confident without being too harsh.
Marina B40-50
The purple design feels more approachable and trustworthy. The blue one felt colder.
Nina20-30
Purple felt bolder and easier to connect with emotionally. It looked more memorable too.
Oksana30-40
I would choose the purple version; it feels vibrant and empowering, but still professional.
Targa40-50
The purple tones feel caring and uplifting. The blue/orange option felt more generic.
Caitlin30-40
I preferred the left concept because it feels clearer and more human, not too corporate.
Anna Alexandra30-40
Purple looked more aligned with coaching for women - warm, confident, and supportive.
Krystie30-40
I found the purple palette more inviting and easier to trust at first glance. It also felt more distinctive and emotionally connected than the blue direction.

Thank you for asking my opinion. For me it‘s definitly the right side. More gentle colours which for me is easier on the eye and also gives a more classy look/feel to it. so seing as it‘s targeted at health professionals/ that area I think the blue and orange is more calming and reassuring then the Neon vibe. Repelled by the “neon” bright version.
